Sylivia Karen Rutagumirwa works as an assistant lecturer in Sociology and social protection at the Institute of Finance Management in Tanzania. She specializes in Aging, gender, public health, urbanization and qualitative research. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in the Population Research Centre, University of Groningen.
