At the end of the second day, a shuttlebus will take you to the Suikerfabriek, the former sugar factory. On the exact same spot where once the sugar was sieved, now a mouth-watering six-course menu is being served. It’s the perfect stage to meet up with your colleagues, speakers and fellow visitors. And it’s perfectly healthy too; the cooks were inspired by Professor Daan Kromhout and his impressive research on diet, lifestyle and healthy ageing.
